How far in advance should I book my party?

We are often booked up for 8 to 10 weeks in advance, so we recommend 3 weeks notice. You can reserve your date with a $100 deposit and decide the party details when you’re ready.

For what ages are your birthday party packages most appropriate?

In general, our packages are designed for children ages 4-12 years old. However, some themes can be adjusted to accommodate younger children and toddlers.

What locations do you serve?

We serve Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley counties at no extra charge. Locations that are over 40 miles from the 29485 zip code will be assessed a travel fee. For customers outside of the 40 mile radius, please call to determine your mileage fee.

Do you have a location?

Yes! We are located at 217-G Lucas Street Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.

What is the minimum/maximum number of guests that I can invite?

Our party packages are designed for a minimum of 10 guests including the birthday child. Each additional guest up to 15 is $10 additional. Each additional guest after 15 is $20 additional with a maximum of 20. Please call to inquire about larger parties.

How do you handle siblings?

Our packages only cover the birthday child and their guests. Please include siblings in the final count if you would like for them to participate in the party activities. Please remember that most of our packages are designed for specific age groups and do not work well with children outside of this age group.

Will I be charged for children who RSVP but do not attend the party?

Yes. Unfortunately we realize that some guests will RSVP yes, but not show up or vice versa. Please remember that we charge according to your final guest count that you provide, not the number of children who attend. Many of our party items are custom made so it is important that your guest list is accurate. If guests show up that were not on your final guest count, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee that they will receive a party favor.

When do you need the Final Guest count?

The final guest count is due the Monday before the party. We realize that getting parents to RSVP is like pulling teeth! However, we must have a final number by this date to insure proper staffing, adequate equipment, and sufficient party items and favors. It is best to guess high on your number then to guess low and not have enough favors and supplies. Feel free to ask us about the best way to get those RSVP’s in time!

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen things can happen. We will do our best to re-schedule your party for a later date. Due to the nature of our business, the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

What do I need to do to prepare?
  • Please keep all pets clear from the party area.
  • Please allow ample space in the driveway or in front of your home for us to park and unload.
  • Please provide a smoke-free environment.
  • Please be aware that we need the entire 1.5-2 hours uninterrupted to set up for the event. Please redirect all children and guests away from the set up area.
  • Please notify us in advance if you have other vendors such as jumpcastles, performers, etc. coming to your event. We may need to adjust our party outline.
  • Please provide food, desserts and drinks that are light in color and will not stain our linens and costumes.
How do you handle disruptive guests?

We do our best to provide fun entertainment and activities, but understand that some children may not want to participate or may have disruptive behavior. We request that the client be responsible for these children as to not disrupt the flow of the party. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your guests.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks, cash, and credit cards (except American Express). Upon booking your party, we require a $100 deposit. The remaining balance will be due the day of the party.
